Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Summit Leadership Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates summitleadershipsystems.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Your name and email address if you download one of our free guides
  • Your name, email, and phone number if you schedule a discovery call or contact us directly
  • Any information you choose to share with us during a coaching consultation or engagement

Information collected automatically:

  • We use analytics tools (currently MonsterInsights, which uses Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our Site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (city/region level), and device/browser type. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.
  • We use OptinMonster to display email sign-up forms and track whether you’ve interacted with them, so we don’t show you the same offer repeatedly.

Cookies: Our Site uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) to support analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some Site features may not work as intended if you do.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
  • Send the guide you requested, and occasional related emails (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Understand how people use our Site so we can improve it
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this Site and our business, including MonsterInsights / Google Analytics for website analytics, OptinMonster for email sign-up forms, and Bluehost as our web hosting provider. These providers only access the information needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 6).

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for us to use it. As a Canada-based business, we handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are located outside Canada, additional local privacy laws may also apply to you.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 6.
